First registration fee
Many speed cameras are used to raise revenue rather than reduce accidents.
SORN - A bureaucracy imposed on drivers in the hope that many will simply forget, allowing fines to be extorted.

Even if you don't drive a car these taxes affect you because they increase costs for all businesses that have to be passed on to customers.
