Increase in 4x4 Sales — British Public Reject Junk Climate Science
Despite hysteria and scaremongering over climate change, the British public clearly are not convinced by the junk science arguments presented by the govermnent. Land Rover sales are up 25% on last years figures and 4x4 sales overall have increased by 50% over the last 5 years.

ABD environment spokesman Ben Adams said:
“It is reassuring to see the British public rejecting the nonsense that human activity can have any effect upon natural and inevitable climate change. Whilst Blair, Cameron and particularly King practice their Canute impersonations, egged on by their carefully chosen advisors from extreme green movement backgrounds, the intelligent British public carry on with their lives unconvinced, choosing the vehicles that suit their needs, not those dictated by spin.”
ABD spokesman Paul Biggs said:
“It's high time the political leaders woke up to the fact that pursuing the futile line that the country should be brought to its knees because of the harmless natural gas carbon dioxide, is not going down well with the public. More people are realising every day that we cannot control our climate. 60 climate scientists in Canada have called upon their government to stop the scaremongering and present the true story that there is no 'consensus' among climate scientists about the relative importance of the various causes of global climate change and global climate changes all the time due to natural causes and the human impact still remains impossible to distinguish from natural (causes).”
Political party leaders must realise that the public are not going to vote for policies based on junk science linked to pointless reductions in quality of life, and will not accept it as an excuse to allow our road transport system to continue towards third world status.
