JAMs Stuck in Jams
£1.3 Billion Not Enough for Roads
The autumn budget announcement of £1.3 billion to be spent on cutting road congestion is welcome but is a tiny fraction of what is needed.

ABD spokesman Nigel Humphries said:
“When will our government wake up to the fact that the hard working people of this country that have now been labelled JAMs1, are sitting in traffic jams that the government do nothing about? Yet again multiple billions are to be spent on HS2 for an elite few, whilst the roads the working people of this country use get a pitiful £1.3 billion.

It's just not good enough.”
