The ABD believes that properly trained police traffic patrols, capable of acting with discretion and targteting only those drivers who are genuinely dangerous, are an infinitely better means of enforcing road traffic law that moronic automated devices, whose use is largely driven by profit, whether for those abusing them, or those selling them.
